If your use case is approved, we will let you know via email or phone. If you do not hear back from us in 7 business days, please reach out to our customer service team. We will be happy to update you on the status of your use case.

If you receive the response "Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with AI powered conversations at this time," this usually means that our service is not ideal for your particular use case. While we are unable to provide you with AI Powered Conversations via our OpenAI account at this time, we may still be able to offer some alternatives such as adding your own OpenAI API key instead..
