1. Standardized Maintenance Fee:
Our pricing includes a standardized maintenance fee, where spending $10 grants you 1 day of maintenance after the project handoff. For instance, if your project is quoted at $100, you will receive 10 days of free maintenance by default.
This maintenance period supports existing features and functionalities.
2. Guaranteed Yearly Maintenance Fee:
We guarantee that the yearly maintenance fee will not exceed the project's original price, providing predictability and preventing unexpected costs.
Please note that maintenance support covers existing features only, excluding new features or substantial changes.
3. No Meetings/Calls by Default:
To maintain competitive prices, meetings or calls are not included in our standard packages. Additional meetings or calls can be arranged for an extra fee.

4. Price Match Guarantee:
Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that your final price is 30% off the original price quote. For example, if we quoted $1000 and an eligible agency quoted $500, your rate with Certified Code will be $700.

5. Examples of Ridiculous Pricing Practices:
Some agencies charge exorbitant fees, such as $200/hour for content editing. At Certified Code, we believe in fair pricing. For instance, a virtual assistant handles the task at $10/hour, totaling $300 for a 3-page website.
We don't pass on the cost of an inexperienced designer taking more time to your bill. We prioritize efficiency and affordability without compromising quality.
6. Eligible Solutions/Products:
Our pricing terms apply to custom solutions offered on the Wix platform, excluding custom solutions outside of Wix, Site Premium plans, Apps, and SaaS.
