You can raise a refund request within 7 days of the new plan activated and before the plan activated. If you prepaid a plan and activate later, the 7 days period counts from the date of the new plan activated so you have enough time to change your mind. Note: If you've used some/all benefits and still wish to raise a refund request, the following fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
