Fee Rules for White Label Services
Fee Rules for White Label Services
Updated over a week ago

Introduction

As a white label development agency, it is crucial to clarify the fee structure and billing rules to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings with our partners. Below, we outline our policy regarding fees, scope of work, responsibilities, and risk management.

Fee Structure

  1. Basic Development Fee: The initial quote provided covers only the basic development tasks as specified in the project requirements outlined before the start of work. This fee does not account for any unscheduled changes or additions to the project scope.

  2. All-Inclusive Pricing: If opting for an 'all-inclusive' pricing model, please note that this might entail additional costs. This model is designed to handle changes in project scope but will include an extra allowance to accommodate these changes effectively.

  3. Meetings and Communication: Hours spent in meetings, consultations, or communication are not included in the basic development fee. Partners should account for this time separately in their project budgets.

Additional Costs

  1. Third-Party Tools: Fees for third-party tools or services required for the project are not included in the quoted fee and should be handled separately. Partners are responsible for managing and funding these additional resources.

  2. Data Processing and Management: As a white label partner, you are expected to actively manage and process client data. Simply acting as a conduit for information between us and the client does not fulfill the obligations of a white label partnership.

  3. Testing and Feedback: The basic fee includes core development costs only. Ongoing testing, refinements, and managing client feedback are typically the responsibility of the partner and may incur additional charges if the partner does not handle that.

Risk Management

  1. Financial Risks: We don't bear the risk of chargebacks or refunds initiated by the client. Furthermore, in the event of a client failing to complete payments, the responsibility to cover the cost of work done still lies with the partner.

  2. Collection Services: We offer collection services for a small fee to assist in recovering payments from clients. However, it is the partner’s responsibility to ensure all dues are cleared with us, regardless of the client’s payment status.

Conclusion

Understanding and adhering to these fee rules ensures a smooth partnership and project execution. It is imperative for all partners to manage client relations and project requirements diligently to maintain the integrity and profitability of the services provided. Should there be any questions or need for further clarification, partners are encouraged to contact our support team.

By establishing clear guidelines, we aim to foster successful collaborations that benefit all parties involved in the white label development process.
