Using Wix order number (#XXXXX) to lookup CCAvenue transaction:
We've placed the Wix order number in merchant_param1 in CCAvenue.
PG will send this parameter in the reconciliation report.
We couldn't offer support on how to look up these info in CCAvenue. Please contact CCAvenue for support.
Using CCAvenue "Order No#" to look up Wix transactions:
You can lookup by accessing one of the orders from your Wix dashboard.
You should see the page URL from the browser as:
https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/{{SITE_ID}}/store/orders/order/{{ORDER_URL}}
Example: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/7ee5ff37-8e72-47df-a79f-4dc298ef9711/store/orders/order/f4e87110-a0e4-41a2-85e1-4aa15d5e64a6
Then, replace the ORDER_URL with your CCAvenue "Order No#."
Example: https://manage.wix.com/dashboard/7ee5ff37-8e72-47df-a79f-4dc298ef9711/store/orders/order/fa9c6ef9-2cb8-4836-8b9e-1300cf6724f3
Then, open the URL on your browser to view the order.
Currently, it is now possible to use the Wix order number in CCAvenue "Order No#".
