Widget settings: name, height, theme, and inline rendering

Beyond building the widget itself, you can control how it fits into your site. These options live on the Manage tab.

The settings section on the Manage tab

Display name

Give your widget a recognizable name (for example, “New Year Countdown”). The name is used to label the widget and its versions, and it’s used when you download the source code.

If the AI suggests a name while building, it fills in automatically — but once you set your own name, it won’t be overwritten.

Auto-match height

When on, the widget automatically resizes its height to fit its content, so there’s no extra empty space or cut-off content (vertical scroll inside the component. Turn it off if you want to set a fixed height yourself.

Auto-match theme

When on, the widget picks up your site’s colors and fonts so it looks on-brand automatically. Turn it off if you want the widget to keep its own independent styling.

Render inline

When on, the widget renders directly inline on the page (no iframe sandbox). However, this can break site's functionality in some cases. Only turn on when you need full page effect, such as custom cursors, confetti, or scroll effects.

Tip: Changing a setting updates the widget on your page. As with any change, publish when you’re happy with the result so visitors see it too.
