Troubleshooting

Most issues are quick to fix. Find your situation below.

The generation failed or stopped


  • Try again. Re-send your prompt — most hiccups are temporary.

  • Simplify the request. Break a big ask into smaller steps and add changes one at a time.

  • Reload the panel. Close and reopen the widget’s panel, then retry.

The widget isn’t showing on my page


  • Make sure you’ve published the widget (see Preview & publish).

  • Confirm the widget is still placed on the page in the editor.

  • If you changed it recently, remember the live version only updates when you publish — your draft won’t appear to visitors until then.

The draft looks different from the live site


This is expected: your draft reflects your latest edits, while the live widget stays on the last published version. Publish again to make them match, or use version history to compare.

The widget’s colors or size look off


  • Turn on Auto-match theme to align with your site’s colors and fonts.

  • Turn on Auto-match height so it fits its content.

  • Or ask the AI directly: “Match my site colors,” “Make it fit the content.” See Widget settings.

The conversation stopped responding after many changes


A single conversation can only take so many steps. If you hit that limit, start a fresh request or a new widget and continue there.
