Billed through Wix
Your Premium plans, Studio plans, or other purchases made through Wix, can be viewed in the Premium Subscriptions page of your Wix account.
Here is an example of Wix confirmation email:
Billed through Paddle
If you received confirmation from [email protected], your subscription is billed via Paddle. You can manage your subscription from customer portal.
If your subscription is due, cancelled or expired, you may not be able to find it. Reach out to us to get assistance.
Billed through Polar
If you received confirmation from [email protected], your subscription is billed via Polar. You can manage your subscription from customer portal.
Billed through Creem
If you received confirmation from @creem.io, your subscription is billed via Creem. You can manage your subscription from their unified customer portal.
Billing before Jan 1, 2025
Older invoices are not accessible via self service.
Billing with bank account
Please talk to your representative for invoice/receipt copy.
